Custom / Concierge is for requests that go beyond choosing a standard size or submitting body measurements. We review the design direction, intended use, material, colour, hardware, branding, and fit before confirming what can be produced.
What concierge means
Guided development for an idea that needs more than a standard option.
Depending on the request, we may adapt an existing MOTOGRIP design or develop a new specification. Custom work is accepted only after feasibility, materials, measurements, price, production timing, and custom-order terms have been reviewed and agreed in writing.
How it works

Tell us what you want to make, how it will be used, your preferred fit, and any reference details that help explain the direction.

Review feasibility
We assess construction, material availability, measurements, customization requirements, and whether the project is suitable for MOTOGRIP production.

Confirm the specification
Approved design details, measurements, price, estimated production time, payment terms, and custom-order conditions are recorded before the order proceeds.

Production & updates
Once confirmed, the piece moves into production. The agreed communication and review steps depend on the complexity of the project.

Measurements, colours, materials, logos, and other details must be reviewed carefully before written approval.
Confirmed terms
Price, payment schedule, estimated timing, revision limits, and return eligibility vary by project and are confirmed before payment.
