MOTOGRIP GEAR provides a one-year workmanship warranty for eligible manufacturing issues. Every warranty, repair, alteration, and restoration request is reviewed individually before shipping instructions, cost, or timing are confirmed.

Send your order reference, clear photos, and a short description through the Contact page. Do not ship the item before receiving written instructions.
Review
We assess the reported issue, product condition, repair feasibility, and available order information. Photos may be enough for an initial review; physical inspection can still be required.
Confirm
Before approved work begins, we confirm the proposed scope, warranty status or quoted cost, shipping responsibility, and estimated timeframe.

May qualify for warranty review
- Verified manufacturing or workmanship issues
- Seam or stitching failure not caused by wear, misuse, or alteration
- Eligible original hardware faults
- Made-to-measure concerns linked to the confirmed production specification
Normally quoted after assessment
- Wear, accidental damage, tears, scuffs, or damaged panels
- Resizing or alterations, where construction allows
- Storage, moisture, heat, chemical, or animal damage
- Restoration of older or heavily worn leather
- Changes beyond the original confirmed specification
