MOTOGRIP GEAR Shipping Policy
We offer three shipping services. All timeframes are estimates in business days and are calculated separately for order processing and delivery transit.
1. Economy Shipping
- Destinations: United Kingdom, United States, Australia and Germany
- Shipping charge: Free
- Processing time: 3–4 business days
- Delivery transit time: 5–8 business days after dispatch
2. Standard Shipping
- Destinations: United Kingdom, United States, Australia and Germany
- Shipping charge: $30 USD
- Processing time: 2–3 business days
- Delivery transit time: 3–5 business days after dispatch
3. Standard International
- Destinations: All other countries available at checkout, excluding the United Kingdom, United States, Australia and Germany
- Shipping charge: $50 USD
- Processing time: 5–8 business days
- Delivery transit time: 6–12 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates
The total estimated time is the processing time plus the delivery transit time. Weekends, public holidays, customs inspections, severe weather and carrier disruptions may extend delivery. The shipping options available for an order are confirmed at checkout according to the destination.
Tracking and delivery address
Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Please provide a complete and accurate street address. Couriers may be unable to deliver to PO, APO, DPO or FPO addresses.
Customs and import requirements
International orders may be subject to local customs procedures, import restrictions or destination-specific requirements. Any applicable treatment will be shown at checkout where supported or communicated by the carrier.
Delivery concerns
If tracking shows delivered but the parcel has not been received, or if an order arrives damaged, contact MOTOGRIP GEAR and the courier within five business days. Keep the parcel, packaging and product, and provide the order number, tracking details and clear photographs where relevant.
